KARATE
Meaning “empty hand” in Japanese. It is primarily a striking art, featuring
punching, kicking, knee/elbow strikes and open handed techniques.

JUJUTSU
Meaning "gentle art" in Japanese is a  Martial Art whose central ethos is to yield
to the force provided by an opponent's attack in order to apply counter
techniques.  Jujutsu utilizes many techniques: throwing, bone and joint locking,
grappling, choking, striking, kneeling and kicking as well as controlling an
adversary.  Jujutsu was the basis for two eclectic Japanese systems: Judo and
Aikido.

JUDO / GRAPPLING
Judo meaning "gentle way" in Japanese is a combat sport developed by Jigoro
Kano in 1882.  Its most prominent feature is its competitive element, where the
object is to either throw one's opponent to the ground or otherwise subdue one's
opponent with a grappling/submission maneuver.

UBA TACTICS
A full body workout developed specifically by our Instructors where you will
learn the proper way to throw punches and execute kicks. The class
encompasses drills to improve footwork and hand/eye coordination employing
heavy bag work, Thai bag work along with cardio and strength training exercises.
